We savored a wonderful array of dishes, including Steamed Shanghai Pork Dumplings, Steamed Shrimp Rice Rolls, Shrimp-Stuffed Eggplant, Fried Squid Sticks with Salt and Pepper, Steamed BBQ Pork Buns, Scallop Shrimp Dumplings, and Beef Meatballs.

Let's not beat around the bush! The ambiance featured guardian dragons and an energetic vibe, blending character with a casual food cart feel. The decor seemed inspired by the hit show "Squid Game," which added a playful twist to our dining experience.

This place was one of my favorite dim sum places. Post-covid, the place has gotten more worn out over the years. The koi pond is filled with moss and the water is unclear, barely showing the bright colors of the once abundant kois residing in it. Theestablishment smells of old rag and the food is no longer good. Fried foods are stale, and you cannot appreciate the flavor.The steamed dumplings are barely warm. I don't think I'm going back here again.
From the moment you enter Sea Empress Seafood, you’re met with a wonderful ambiance. The staff is warm and inviting, making it an ideal spot for dining with friends, coworkers, or a special someone. The dishes are expertly crafted by a skilled chef, offering great quality at fair prices with generous portions. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!
Although it isn't the best dim sum I've ever had, this restaurant has been my favorite brunch spot since I moved to the South Bay almost 20 years ago, and I've never been disappointed! I've always been seated promptly, even during peak times, and the quality of the food has consistently been excellent over the years.

While it was a little loud at first, the noise quickly subsided once the servers took care of us. The dim sum was fantastic, and I especially enjoyed the chicken in black bean sauce. All the other dishes were fresh and delicious too. This is definitely one of my favorite places to dine!
Last night was our first visit to Sea Empress Seafood, and it certainly won't be our last. We enjoyed a wonderful evening thanks to the excellent service, the magnificent cooking, and the impressive selection on the menu, all at a reasonable price. We will definitely be returning again.
What a wonderful find! As a vegetarian, I truly enjoyed my meal at Sea Empress Seafood. I tried the vegetable buns, vegetable dumplings, and spring rolls, all of which were fresh and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend this spot for a quick meal or a tasty takeaway!
Great service! I absolutely LOVE the wings—they're amazing! Everything was fantastic. My favorite dish was the bean sprouts; they were fresh and delicious! I will definitely be returning!

I love this place. Always come here when I'm on vacation and special occasions. I can't wait til covid 19 is over and I can dine in again. Stay safe.
It got pricey..about $5.50 and $6.50 for A and B type dishes. Highly recommend the Ham Sui kok and bean curd rolls. The rest were just okay.
