Seabreeze Restaurant Bar

Seabreeze was already a very good restaurant. But the exclusive and small opened some months ago by Chef André Stolle and located between the Seabreeze and the kitchen (that you can see from your through a window) is exceptional. We had dinner with a...couple of friends and the whole meal from the appetizers to the eight courses (hopefully served in small quantities to the desserts was tremendous. Chef Stolle is very creative but without going to the bizarre We spent over four hours there but we enjoyed it so much that we did feel time pass. is candidate for a Michelin Star and it appears to us to be rightly deserved.

It’s not the location thats difficult to find it’s the fact that we did not expect to find such a sophisticated, high quantity resturant, so close by and also south of the river Elbe. The four coarse surprise menu was exceptionally good in all respects....Easily in the same league as a top resturant in London or South Africa but for a fraction of the price. The service in both the restaurant and the bar was professional, knowledgeable and welcomely friendly. Excellent lady bar keeper who knew exactly what she was doing and had a premium selection of drinks to work with.

While staying at the Navigare hôtel above, we have decided to have diner in the Seabreeze restaurant that is located in the basement. We knew from our breakfasts that the location was very well renovated with walls and arches in red brick. We took the...three courses meal (you can go up to five courses by picking up the courses between the four different menus. Everything was delicious and very well presented. Staff was friendly, professionnal and very efficient.

The service in this newly renovated hotel's restaurant is the best we have experienced in a while. The food was of a very high standard and not the heavy' plenty food that most of the German restaurants serve; more European. The staff were very welcoming...and the restaurant is intimate. The best restaurant in Buxtehude, at least according to my experience. Sophisticated assortment, good service (with a bit clumsiness). The quality of the foods are really high level and the wine assortment is wide. The price level is little bit high.

Simply the best! Had my project launch at this hotel and all partners from across Europe thought the food was great, (one even said it was the best food he had EVER had). Very strong recommendation!

The restaurant is in the basement of the hotel an offers local seasonal fifth as ear as possible. Well cooked and excellent service.
