Went there for breakfast on labor day weekend. Like others mentioned, seating indoors is limited but I did get a table. Tried the strawberry shortcake waffles, chicken and waffles, scrambled eggs, and a latte. Interestingly, I preferred the toppings on both waffles more than the waffles themselves which I found overly sweet and dense. The strawberries and whipped cream were fresh and delicious! The chicken was breaded and cooked perfectly. The scrambled eggs great. The latte, excellent. Service was very polite and welcoming. Overall, a very nice experience. Just not my preferred type of waffles.

I had the chicken and waffles and ate outside, typical humid morning but plenty of shade offered comfort. Could have eaten inside if the ac was needed. Best waffle I’ve ever had with little nuggets of sweetness perfectly scattered throughout. Made from dough not batter. The chicken was golden brown crispy and delicious. The lady at the front helped me through my selection of expresso. Worth every penny. Will bring the family back when they are in town.

This place really exceeded my expectations! I ordered the chicken and waffles, and the combination of sweet and savory flavors was perfect! Although my order took a bit longer than usual, I didn't mind at all, especially since they offered me a complimentary drink for the wait. The latte I got was fantastic—just perfectly made! This charming and cozy spot by the Seabrook waterfront, nestled under the Kemah Bridge, offers delightful waffles that are both deliciously topped and quite satisfying. I highly recommend trying the Monte Cristo or the Chicken Waffle. The mac and cheese is also exceptional. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging, making for a great dining experience.
