Seacatcher - Reserva de mesa

Before Covid-19 this place was amazing. However, I went there last week and this place went DOWNHILL!!!! The worse experience I ever had at a restaurant was visiting this place. It took them 2 hrs!!!!!! Just to bring us a plate of hummus. The waitress was super weird and kept leaning in wayyyyy to close to us when talking and was not very attentive. She basically had no idea what she was doing. We had to repeat our order 3x because she just didn 't understand. The menu was a joke. Out of all the items on the menu they only had about 5 things that were actually available to order, everything else was not available yet why the heck would you bring us a menu with 100 items and only have 5 thing...

The service was disappointing. I had to request water and a soft drink multiple times. When we asked the waitress about the different salads she had brought, her response was simply, "I'm sorry, I'm busy," before she walked off. The salad options were delicious, but we had no idea what we were eating. The main dishes were overcooked, and my order was incorrect when it was delivered by the chef. The kitchen has potential, but if The Seacatcher wants to attract more customers, they need to improve their service.

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at Sea Catchers. I ordered the grilled red snapper, which was cooked and seasoned to perfection, while my husband enjoyed the mixed grill dinner. The outdoor patio was delightful, featuring live music and a trellis adorned with real grapevines that added to the atmosphere. To my surprise, they also offered hookah kits for guests to enjoy while dining. We both agree that this restaurant is a strong competitor to Fattoush and Al Bawadi.

Do not get the grilled octopus. It was hard and greasy, I was hoping the server would have taken it off of my check since it was clearly overcooked and not something anyone would want to each but instead I was charged for a the larger portion, which I’m sure was an honest mistake, but still not what I was hoping for. Other than that service was good. If I were to go again I would get something other than seafood but unfortunately I will not be coming back. Reserva una mesa ahora

Best Mediterranean cuisine in the area for sure. Other than the amazing seafood they have the shawarma is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, best shawarma in the Chicago! Also the shish kabobs are out of this world. Service was excellent . Definitely one of my favourite local places!

When we arrived at 8:30, the place was completely closed, suggesting they were out of operation.

The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is wonderful. There is outdoor seating available.
