Absolutely loved our dinner last night. Service was outstanding and food was excellent. We’re vacationing and celebrated my dad’s birthday. Three of us split the tomahawk ribeye which was perfectly cooked and cut. We had the Mac and cheese and brussel sprouts, both delicious and memorable. Oh and the octopus! Outstanding! Love their wine and cocktail lists we enjoyed some of each and appreciated the diverse selection. Would definitely dine here again, we had a wonderful experience!
The experience and service were great particularly because we were in great company. Other than that, the dining experience related to the actual food and menu were not impressive. The flavor and creativity of the food could have been much better for the price point and type of restaurant it touts itself to be. Overall, I would not go back and spend that kind of money when there are many other steakhouses who do an excellent job in the way of their food tastiness.

Our server, Diego, was fantastic and we all feel like we made a new friend in him! The food was delicious. The entire staff of the restaurant and hotel was the best ever! The octopus appetizer is delicious! We both enjoyed our steaks cooked to perfection and the Brussels are a must have! Damien was our waiter and provided not only excellent service but wonderful recommendations for both food and beverage choices.
Our experience at Sear Sea was exceptional. The staff's knowledge of the menu and preparation styles made for great pairings and overall experience for the evening.
Everyone was impressed with the service and the quality of food. It was rich in flavor and the steaks were cooked to perfection!
