I really wanted to hate this restaurant. Infantile queueing with poor communication for people holding reservations, coupled with stereotypical, unfriendly customer service and apathetic couldn't care less' waitstaff created a great first impression. However, after asking for any' foreign language menu (there are none) we...suddenly had a waiter show up that was on the ball' he was knowledgeable on the menu, ingredients, cooking preparation, spoke perfect English, and was friendly, attentive and simply provided very good service. This place was seriously packed. Waiters were very active and heavily busy, but very friendly when we asked for a table for 4 persons without reservation at prime time. We declined their 1st offer to sit inside the restaurant. Guess what happened, they managed somehow to get us a table on the terrace. We were lucky, of course.I mention this as this was exceptionally friendly and caring to find a place to dine. We felt very welcome.Food / drinks were very good, attentive service. We spent time up until 11 pm, that nice it was, and just left because our kids were tired.Recommended without hesitation.

The food and service was good. Lots of fish choices but not much else for non seafood fans but, hey, it's a seafood restaurant. The view is awesome, rain, wind, or shine because it's fully protected yet directly looking to the beach promenade. Prices are a little higher, but the view makes up for it. Good for sundowners and food at anytime of the day. Right on the beach and tables both inside and out. Large helpings and as seniors we struggled to finish it all. Many families and no bother to anyone. Service quick and all very efficient. The dark beer is recommended, as are the schnitzel.
Been here for lunch, we love the location right next to the beach. All staff very attentive and friendly, good selection of food on the menu, quick service and nice quality food including the cakes. Happy to come back here anytime!! No complaints at all....Well done Sea Side team. Thanks!
