Seems like it could be nice HOWEVER they have disorganized staff. For example, I call for a last minute reservation and they don 't have any. Fine, I get it. But they have a high top table in the bar area, along with half booths and half tables, whatever those are. I opt for the high top. I get there and there is no table. No front of house female staff recalls talking to me five minutes prior. Treated like a sub-human by them. I sound like such a Karen for writing this, but some on, people, don 't lie to folks. Not a good business practice.
Came here this afternoon for my mom's birthday lunch. It was my first time here but my mom and sister had been to Seasons 52 before. We really enjoyed everything from the service to the food. Our server, Nancy, was fabulous. She was so patient, friendly, and thoughtful. We very much appreciated all the birthday love she gave my mom. Food was delicious, filling but not heavy and I appreciated the healthy options. We will definitely be back
I love a good Seasons52! This location is so nice. They have plenty of parking and the service is friendly. They honored a free appetizer coupon even though it was expired! I really believe that you cannot beat the quality and portion size for your buck! The shrimp and grits are so good! They are also really nice about substitutions. I also get a side of mushrooms instead of broccolini. I haven't been to a bad location yet.
The atmosphere is beautiful and very comfortable. The food is delicious with a great selection. The salmon is excellent, and the roast chicken is my favorite! It's well-seasoned with perfectly cooked skin. However, the food should be served hot—just because the plate is hot doesn’t mean the food is. This really detracts from the overall dining experience.

The food and service were excellent. My favorite dish is the tuna salad! They also have a wonderful selection of seasonal drinks.
