Came for Christmas dinner. I will be brief in the problems though there are many. My party of 8 sat down and was not approached by a staff member for 15 mins. At that time they took drink orders that did not arrive for another 20 mins. In between that time no waitress checked in on us. When the drinks arrived half the drinks came back as just soda, no liquor added into it, which prompted us to go to the bar ourself to get the correct drink. The waitress took our order and again didn't see her for a while. 45 mins later we got one piece of bread each. Another half hour later we got our appetizers (soups and salad). No check from staff on our drinks. Another hour later we got our main courses....
I would advise against dining at this restaurant. The service was dreadful, slow, unhelpful, and unfriendly. When my daughter ordered plain pancakes, she was given blueberry pancakes instead. The staff did not assist us when we informed them of the mistake. It took a considerable amount of time for my daughter to receive her replacement pancakes, and my poached eggs arrived with overcooked yolks after a 30-minute wait. On top of that, I never received the toast that was supposed to accompany my meal. Furthermore, we were overcharged on the bill and the server was impolite when I brought it to their attention. I recommend looking for another place to eat and avoiding this establishment.
I went to this restaurant last night for my girlfriend's birthday dinner. I had made reservations, but it took 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us and the other patrons waiting in line. When we asked to switch to a table with a better view, the waiter seemed indifferent. No one came to wait on us, so we finally got up and decided to leave. I spoke to the manager, who didn't show much empathy and made excuses. I was truly disappointed. We ended up going to Library 1 Restaurant and had an amazing prime rib dinner.
I have been visiting Ocean Place for over thirty years, but this New Year's Day was the most disappointing experience I've ever had. My wife, three kids, and I went to the restaurant and were extremely disappointed. The service was terrible due to a shortage of servers, and the buffet was the worst I've ever had. To make matters worse, the $25 price tag was not worth the horrible quality of food. I am ashamed at how bad our experience was. They need to either improve the variety of food or shut down completely.

This is the restaurant for the Ocean Place hotel. During the summer months you can eat outdoors on the patio. The food is surprisingly good considering it is part of the hotel. If this were a standalone it would not get four stars, but you have to consider what it is in conjunction with the hotel, which elevates it a little.

We really enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. Both breakfast and lunch were delicious. The standout feature for us was the incredibly friendly staff, particularly the restaurant supervisor who went out of her way to help others.
Great food, phenomenal service! Seating is right on the beach, it's a million dollar view for dinner! There was music (DJ) and the Tiki Bar was fun afterwards. We sat on chairs in the lawn area a great night!

We like the restaurant very well, breakfast was very good, lunch as well. Most important, their staffs are so friendly! Especially their restaurant supervisor, she is so nicely help others!
