Second Cup Café - Reserva de mesa

Went there around 8:45 pm, but they refused to serve me. They said they were closed, I pointed out that on the door, the website and on google it's written that they are open until 9:30pm. They said it was the wrong time, they didn't correct the summer time for the fall time..... Anyways,, they were abrupt in their answer and the way they acted. Bad press for the Canadian coffee shop brand.....

Staff more interested in flirting with each other than actually getting our order right. What made it worst was the fact that the group next to us also received wrong items. Coffee was also way too hot and we had to leave it because we had a meeting. They did not charge us for the drink so marked up to 2

Came here because it showed up on Google preference list and not disappointed. Coffee choice is good. Had a flat white and dark hot cocoa. The Brookie was not too sweet which is great. The staff is awesome!!!!

Lovely location in the grand hotel dieu in Lyon.I had a frozen yogurt and my wife a Japanese cheescake which was absolutely delecious! coffee is also high quality.Will return soon! Reserva una mesa ahora

This café is somewhat quite disappointing and of mediocre quality. The owner is moody with unpleasant manners. A smile would have been appreciated. Not a friendly place. Florence.

A very cozy place with a range of delicious hot cold drinks, not to mention their wonderful cheese cakes.

Good coffee and yummy cheesecakes! The place is cosy and has outdoor seating, i recommend it.
