We had a little concern about the entrance, which was a broth with shrimp and in principle a panais and celery mousseline (to the end of the small cubes). Two of us do not like these two vegetables, rather than waste, we asked that it be removed (if possible. In the end, we were brought... the broth. All alone. And, perhaps because it has moved to the chief, the entrance was brought with the aperitif!
