my man and I recently enjoyed a jubilee dinner in the secret garden restaurant. we enjoyed the quiet and intimate atmosphere. service was great, and they were very attentive. that was delicious. very well seasoned and my beef-denderloin was very tender. we had. a berry parfait for dessert, which was amazing, and the chef's choice (Cod pusher) was good, although I wish the bungalow was made fresh. the price for the meal was a bit high. After reading a review in a local tourist publication, we decided to give this restaurant a try since it received high ratings. We ordered the French onion soup, Caprese salad, rack of lamb, beef fillet, blueberry cake, and strawberry meringue, and all dishes were excellent. The restaurant has a fantastic location with views overlooking the water and a cozy fireplace next to our table. Our server, Brendon, provided exceptional service as well.

The service and food at this restaurant were excellent. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience. It would be perfect for a small gathering or a corporate dinner. The atmosphere was romantic and the host was friendly and knowledgeable. She even offered to take our picture and brought out a candle in the dessert for me. A lovely touch.
Amazing food in a fine dining setting in one of the lovliest houses and properties in Newfoundland. Tudor style house, amazing gardens, horses and sheep, cats and goats, a lovely place for an intimate meal and a relaxing walk.
The meal was excellent. We enjoyed using the amuse-bouche and palate cleanser. The scallops and salmon were cooked perfectly. The chef even came to our table to greet us and shared some history about the restaurant.
