Upon reading the reviews I’ve come to understand this place is password only. It would’ve been simple for the host to share that information instead of being a complete JERK! First of all, is this place even open? The gentleman at the entrance, wearing a red and white trucker hat with shaggy brown hair and a beard, did not greet me when I walked in. Whoever he is, he should be fired immediately. His sour attitude was unnecessary i would never step foot back into this place because of it . Secrete Tiki Temple gets 5 stars from me. The communication beforehand was excellent. Their management/admin team is on top of things and got back to me when I had a question about our reservation within hours of submitting an email. We made sure we had a reservation prior to attending and when we got there, our table was ready to go and so was our server no waiting at all. We let her know early on we had another reservation somewhere after our meal and she made sure she got all of our food and drink orders in so we could leave in a timely manner as a server in the past, I know that isn't always easy to do for a 12 top. Came here for my nieces 21 birthday because of the rave reviews and because she saw it on tik tok. The atmosphere was really nice a little tight for my liking but nice. I love all the decor place really had a nice ambiance. Our server was nice and the staff was extremely friendly. Was just SO disappointed with the taste of the food and drinks. Idk if I just came on a bad night but the food was extremely bland all of us literally drowned everything in soy sauce for flavor. This place is very unique. It has an eclectic decor that is unusual because a lot of the artifacts come from different parts of the world. I loved everything about this place. From the communication after I made my reservation to the greeting when I entered . The food was delicious and the bird in paradise drink was worth every penny spent!

Food was terrible . Ordered crispy duck that was not crispy . The drinks were terrible. Tasted like cheap liquor. The only thing worth the while is the ambiance.
