since my childhood days, the sun days in the forest were used, best on a refreshing lake, hiking. very popular among my parents was the eiswoog, a ca. 6 hectar large stause in dullwald, the northernmost forest area in the biosphere reserve Pfälzerwald/Nordvogesen, surrounded by a hiking trail. However, the place with me recommended for a long time in obscurity. .at my last trip there I noticed that between the sea and the fish ponds on which a modern building was created and the sea house radiated in new glamour. everything worked very well and welcoming. when we were traveling with several people and a number of children, we are not close to the work and the ice offer of the kiosks. we love this place, the hotel on the lake, the food, the service. pure pleasure. wonderful architectural price-style room (view, as well as access to the lake). very, very nice staff (children got a material animal trout). eat them excellent, beautiful in the hallway. in the evening it is illuminated around the lake. free time possibilities: boring forest path, sightseeing of forellenzucht, hiking (lettkasten in the closed railway tunnel).
