was already 2 times in this hotel for business.The location is just fantastic. got a free upgrade to the suite, which was really a dream. very spacious and well maintained.The breakfast is however above average expensive when you book it. price not justified.The dinner and the wine enjoyed on the terrace. simply a dream!Only manko on the room were the bed covers. as if you sleep on a foil. not worthy of such a house! was already housed in many 5* hotels worldwide, but never before experienced. I wondered that the restaurant on tripadvisor does not play in the front rows. I know why. the ambiente is top, the location right at the lake wonderful. the eating qualitatiw appealing, but my zander was terribly dressed, it looked like if the whole dish had slipped from the kitchen to the table three times across the dish. you can do this in a pub, but you can't go in this price class. yes, and then the service. when the gazpacho came to the table missing the spoons, the wine card found the way on our table not at all, the (fish) knife was crossed over the table and so on. this goes in a beer garden in order, but in a five-star hotel, something more ambitious and professionally appropriate...
we were in the sea restaurant a year ago and had a very nice experience, so we went back for a special family event before a week and had reserved for it out. although a very arrogant and distant receptionist rain for nine o'clock in the evening was in sight, we had to wait for the lead after the appetizer 90 minutes (!). the waiter could not get through to any single smile for three hours. the food was overpriced and sweet – and the zander was probably more cajau. eating there seems to be more focused on maximizing profit, with tiny portions. not so fast.
we have recently discovered in constanz sea restaurant.Because it was only hotel to see.But this time it was pure and stunted....tolle seaterasse,with beautiful view of the sea Rhine and the lake.The personal is very nice and helpful!!!Being served and advised.The card is small,but you can find great.It is also served for children and there was a great meal!

in summer only on terrace - no places for non-smoking. gas is perceived as annoying if it does not want to be smoked. essential, but no revealing for the price. gemüseragout has the consistency of a suppe with a vegetable inlay. desserts are still best. personal overexercises not - no own glasses for white wine or red wine
sensational, right next to the alstadt, with wonderful views of the lake. exquisite cuisine combined with local colorite: saibling tartar, meatmaultäschle, zanderfilet; exquisite wines from Germany (e.g. thomas geiger aus meersburg). very friendly staff, top service.
Prima Service, tolles Ambiente, alles sauber und gepflegt! Sehr zu empfehlen!
