We like Selma 's a lot. It 's one of my sis ' favorite places. Pizza, sandwiches, pasta, so lots of choices. It 's one of the few pizza places that serves meatball pizza. The one thing I would change about that, and it 's me, not them, is to not slice the meatballs except maybe in half. Sliced meatballs kind of defeats the purpose. I also got a meatball sandwich to go and that was more what I had in mind. Meatballs, mushrooms and grilled onions. Hard to go wrong. After about an hour, we were still waiting for the correct pizza, which we eventually received. Once again, we understood that mistakes can occur. We sat back and enjoyed our meal. Then, a new waiter came over with our bill and informed us that the pizza was on the house due to the mix-up. We thought that was a nice gesture. However, when we looked closely at the bill, we realized they simply removed the wrong pizza and charged us for the one we had actually ordered, which was confusing. My girlfriend then went up to the front and politely asked the server why we were still being charged if the pizza was meant to be complimentary. First time at Selma?s It was kind of busy but not overcrowded. There?s a cute little fire pit going with comfy bench seats along with family style seating along with high tables and chairs and booth style seating too Super cool to see Casey and Bob jamming out with some great tunes ??? My friend and I patiently waited to be acknowledged at the restaurant. Two servers passed by us, but neither of them recognized us or spoke to us. It would have been understandable if the place were busy, but it didn't appear to be the case. After 15 minutes of standing at the entrance waiting to be seated, we decided to leave.
Held a small party for my daughter?s First Communion and had a great time. Food is good, prices are reasonable and service was exceptional. Laid back and easy going process all the way through. They even let us decorate the patio and it felt like home. Five solid stars.
