Terrible experience! Ordered appetizers (2 salads) and 1 entree (breaded veal escalope) everything arrived at the same time after 1 hour and it was nothing from the other world! Restaurant prices are high and staff communication is extremely poor and unprofessional. I think the restaurant should have responded in a better way and not “I’m sorry you’re not the only one waiting, everyone here is.” I have several years of experience in Hospitality and definitely didn’t find this professional.
The portions at Sempia are very generous, the quality is good and the service is friendly, competent and very attentive! After several visits, I can highly recommend the restaurant! An overnight stay at the Hotel Sempachersee or a visit to the gym is also worth it!
Nice restaurant. Both the Maître d'hotel and Head waiter were very welcoming and did their job well. The open kitchen was quiet and clean and the menu was great and diversified. The atmosphere was good and the place is beautiful. Bravo
