As soon as we arrived at Șenay Mediterranean, we were warmly greeted by Saffa, the head chef. He invited us to sit down and explained that he was handling everything himself that evening, as his front of house staff was unfortunately unwell. He apologized for any potential delays, but honestly, he didn’t need to. Each dish was prepared and served in a timely manner, just as you would expect.
