What a great local restaurant. My son recommended we go, he had only ordered delivery and wanted to try dining in. Very very good. Server was friendly and attentive. The chips and salsas came out as soon as we sat and were so good. Loved the salsa verde. I had asked for no onions in my meal and the waitress thought to ask about onions in the guacamole after we added that on afterwards. It was nice that she remembered my preference. And came out with extra chips to go with it without us needing to ask. We both ordered Tacos Mexicanos. One vegetable and the other chorizo. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and a wonderfully friendly owner (thank you for your kindness!). It's a fantastic neighborhood eatery. We tried the Al Paso with beans and rice, as well as the tortilla soup. Both dishes were delicious, though next time, I would request half the amount of tortilla strips because the broth was excellent, but there wasn't quite enough of it. We'll definitely be back!
For a Mom and Pop restaurant this place was amazing. Its small inside. From my experience I felt like the atmosphere and the staff were very personable with us. I will definitely be going back. Highly recommend if Mexican food is your favorite. Parking: Street parking. Cute little town. There's parking lots in walking distance. Kid-friendliness: Children welcome. Family oriented.
Great food and service.Was there again last night, messed up my order and I ate it before thinking about it. They offered to make the right order for me to take togo, I liked what I ate and said don't worry about. They took it off the bill and gave us a free dessert. Again great service and food.

This no-frills restaurant serves delicious burritos and chile rellenos. Be sure to try the burritos smothered in the Texas sauce—they're fantastic! Everything is high-quality here, and the chile relleno platters are excellent as well.
It's our favorite Mexican restaurant. We drive an hour just to eat there. Best beans and rice!
Really solid food. Wait time on to go orders can take a while. Guac is a 10.
