Excited not only to be the first review but as a HappyCow Ambassador of San Francisco to create their page and welcome Señor Sisig to the vegan community. They were first established in 2010 serving a variety of Filipino Mexican infused taco truck eats from burritos, tacos, specialty fries, and platters. Fast forward to 2020 as they reinvent their menu to become 100% plant-based/vegan and open a dedicated food truck, Senor Sigig Vegano to the community and others. Now before I went vegan and when I worked DTSF in the SoMa, I use to go to their truck on 2nd Street, Mission. finally got a chance to señor sisig vegano, which opened in nov. 2020. the original and very meat-heavy señor sisig began in 2010 as a food truck, broke up and finally built a brick and mortar in the mission. the latest offer is a separate lkw that veganizes the entire catalog of the restaurants. at this first visit it was about her Crunch-a-Dilla-Special with tocino. they now offer vegan chicken (additional to the amazing tofu) and the supplement to any product vegan (vegan sour cream, cheese, etc. my favourite place for a burrito. highly recommended!

I like the chicken option best and then the pork. I didn’t love the tocino as much.
