Seoul Soulongtang

The Soulongtang (ox bone broth) here is very hearty and one of the best homey type foods you can get around the Allston area. Price is reasonable for the quality quantity of food that you get. They have a selection of Combo sets you can choose from that come with one soup and one meat dish of your choice from the menu. Highly recommend that one as you save some money. The Samkyupsal Gui is their traditional pork belly dish which was delicious. Also tried the Jokbal (marinated pig 's feet) tender and flavorful! They also give you a variety of banchan side dishes which serve as light appetizers that prepare you for the main course.

The main court I got was Bossam, that was pretty good. It was a good amount and the taste was good. The dried radiidish on the side also complemented well with pork. I wish the pickled cabbage had a little more equality in the taste at the stem against the leaf. The supplements are average: the Kimchi is sweet as I like. That was more sour than I expected because it was on the fermented side. The Fritten Tofu were cold and dry. The fish cake was bland and sweet. The rice had spoiled a very bad smell of it

This was a fine restaurant. It?s not such a fancy restaurant but the food quality was good and not expensive. I liked the dressings came with the food. If you want to taste Korean food, you can choose here.

Absolutely awesome. Nothing special about ambience or service, but the food was all fantastic. Felt authentic and expertly executed. Very nice portions for the price as well!

Hearty and domestic Korean food with generous portions. Kalbi and seafood pancakes were just okay, but Japchae was very delicious.
