Food was good, but lacked some balance. It felt like the drink pairing was a necessity to help round out the flavors from the dishes, but in my opinion these dishes ought to be excellent on their own without the optional pairing. Portions were too small for diners in our party, on the whole. Bigger issue here was the service and pacing of the dinner. A 4 course meal should not take over 3 hours. This amounts to one course served every 40 minutes or so. We spent 90% of our time at Sepia just waiting for the next course. Multiple times, courses were put in front of the wrong person despite dietary restrictions at the table. You have to refill your water yourself. Despite the good food I can’t...

We had the most wonderful experience at Sepia, made even more special as it was our 2-month-old niece’s first visit to a Michelin-star restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, ensuring our family had a comfortable and memorable dining experience. The food was nothing short of exceptional—each dish was a masterpiece, beautifully plated and bursting with flavor. The attention to detail, both in the cuisine and the service, was truly impressive. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Sepia for making this visit so special for us. We will cherish this experience and can’t wait to return!

Words can’t express what an amazing experience this was. The menu looked fantastic and the server offered an 8 course option with wine pairing, which of course we chose! Every bite was full of exquisite flavors. Service was outstanding. Yes it was a tad bit loud but nothing that took away from a fantastic experience. Not stuffy but inviting atmosphere. Absolutely my new favorite restaurant and already planning to go back soon.

4 course meal is only option and you will NOT be disappointed. Tangie (sp) was our server and she was not only knowledgeable but delightful. All of the staff was wonderful. One of the best dining experiences we have had in a long time. Our server, Gwen, was phenomenal. Very versed on the wine pairings and great timing. The Somm was a welcomed touch to the experience and he was extremely knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!

Very good food, great service, very nice atmosphere. Really enjoyed the dinning experience. Went there very hungry and was concerned if the smaller portions at this type of restaurant would satisfy me but did not leave hungry.

This place has incredible value! The bourbons are not too expensive, and one does not have to drop $350 a person on food. The broth on the egg dish was SO delicious.
