Serafina Miami - Reserva de mesa

I like to be positive! I do, really! Unfortunately, the place was empty and for good reason. It’s not very busy season now and people have money issues, so I thought! No, it’s not busy because it’s expensive where there should be a table cloth and Napkin. Paper napkins and wait!! No bread. You can have some, but pay for it! Waiter was slow but it is not his fault when he is taking care of every table! $10 Pellegrino, what next sharing charge!!! If you want to fill this place, then change the menu and up the staff! It’s time. Call me Gaby is coming soon and it’s gonna be painful! Quickly we truly love Serafina. The food is good! I give them that.

We did not enjoy our experience last night. We felt like we were nickel and dimed and we were at a restaurant that was too pricey for that. My niece wanted mushrooms instead of tomatoes in her shrimp pasta. They wanted a $3 charge for the mushrooms. The bowl of sea food pasta for $44 was skimpy. It was in the most shallow bowl. You get double the portion at Louis Bossi. Do you get bread with the meal? No, that would be $5. We had to ask for refills of our beverages every time. We live near by. Not planning on going back. We don’t mind paying but the value was not there at all.

The bow tie pasta with shrimp was delicious!!!!! I was disappointed that salad or even bread and butter was not provided with the meal. Everything is an extra charge anymore! Service was good but not what it use to be.

The restaurant is too expensive for what it offers, and it feels like a typical mall restaurant. I recommend going to Bella Luna Italian restaurant just a few steps away for better quality and value. Reserva una mesa ahora

Food and are very good, my only concern is with one of the manager who is running the restaurant, she needs to be more aware of the reservations and be more who is she needs to take care first

I had a fantastic experience from beginning to end at this restaurant. I only wish I could remember my server's name because she was absolutely delightful. Everything was perfect!

The food was immaculate. The servers are so attentive, the chef is excellent and displays the food so beautifully on the plate. Very satisfied

The restaurant is overpriced for the subpar quality of food it offers. The pizza was soggy.
