they wait 15 min to our beverage order, wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait for all the glass water on one of our guests, apply to dry serviettes ignored, cutlery was not clean, a gast with nut allergies was served a dish with a random kiefernnus in it, burger roughly boiled, rest of the food was soggy and bland and as the bill it came for the full. I had eaten in the restaurant last autumn and it was very good. not sure what happened, but this time was terrible.

the waiter should tell the customer that the polo alla parmigiana entree is great enough to share two people. two of us have ordered this escape. we only had to order one and we would have saved $35.00 or ordered something else from the menu.

It was a bit cold in the restaurant, although it’s summer we were all pretty much freezing while eating. One guest did not enjoy the special of braised short rib and found it very salty. Other than that everything was absolutely great!

Not my first time and every time at Serafina’s is always a pleasure. Their staff is always pleasant and attentive!
