Sneaky good coffee, unfortunately it's in a horrible location on the sunrise service road in west Babylon. Has no drive through oddly considering its location it would probably triple their business. Nobody is going to go out of their way to this location to get out of their car to order. You should be able to jump off the service road then right back on. They also only serve fruit and muffins no real food. This place will likely be out of business soon with the massive over head rent of a stand alone building and revenue that consists of only 20 cups of coffee a day. My husband and I had been dying to try this place based on the reviews and were so disappointed. I had a brown sugar cinnamon iced coffee, and my husband had a brown sugar cinnamon iced latte. We were super disappointed, my coffee was bitter and just gross. His espresso was also bitter and not smooth at all. They just use regular torani syrup, there is nothing special about it. The girl at the counter wasn’t very friendly either she was annoyed that her cc machine was down and ended up giving us the coffees after I tried paying 4 times. I guess that’s a plus side, I would have been upset to pay for coffees we didn’t drink.
Sergi Coffee is located on the corner of Sunrise Service Road South, which I initially thought was a bit out of the way, but I decided to visit on a quiet day. I ordered a cappuccino and was impressed by the well-balanced flavor of the house roasted espresso. The whole milk was perfectly foamed, a rarity to find on Long Island outside of specialty coffee shops. I also plan to try the Turkish coffee on my next visit, as it is a unique specialty not commonly found at other restaurants on Long Island.
This delightful little roadside coffee shop offers delicious food and has a charming atmosphere. They kindly offered to heat something up for me, but unfortunately, it was still cold in the center. However, it was so flavorful that it didn't really bother me. Their coffee and hot chocolate were exceptional!

Great coffee service is not friendly. Came here a few years ago and had the same impression. Place is clean. But if they smile maybe people would want to return
This coffee shop is excellent. Although the location is a bit unusual, it is definitely worth seeking out.
