I ordered from this company several times. They guarantee one-day shipping and of course charge for the shipping no matter how much your order is. I placed my order last week, 2/9/21, and still, 7 days later, haven't received anything! The representative I spoke with offered to refund me $6 which to me sounds like a joke. She referred me to her manager named Chris who know nothing about customer service. This company service is a shame!
