Serra Gaúcha Parrilla Galetos

We went on a Sunday and ordered the all-you-can-eat chicken. The tempoero (vinaigrette) that is left on top of the chicken is horrible, we asked for it to be removed and then they served a dry, unsalted chicken. I'm from the Serra Gaucho region, daughter and wife of real roasters and I think it's a lack of respect to offer a horrible chicken like that as if it were a Gaucho chicken. Gaucho products are being defamed. Meal type: Lunch

Fiz meu almoço de casamento nesse restaurante dia 19/10/2023 e foi uma das melhores escolhas, atendimento muito bom, ambiente aconchegante e a comida nem se fala, muito boa Fui uns dias antes fazer a reserva com minha esposa e o dono do restaurante Dido serviu tudo que acompanharia no rodízio DE GRAÇA para nós experimentarmos e por essa atenção e atitude, vamos visitar mais vezes!! Terrible delivery!!! After a 1:30 hour delay, I contacted the store, was attended to by a very rude employee who didn't know where the biker was and still stated that my order had been delivered, and in the end I had to cancel the order as they were already going to make it. 2 hours late and no one knew where my order was. The lunchbox is terrible, unfortunately I didn't research it beforehand, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it. Very dry food, chicken without sauce, tasteless pasta and ground meat with a strange flavor. Espaço agradável, atendimento muito bom. Garçons simpáticos e sempre preocupados se estamos gostando de tudo. Comida bem farta porém achei sem sabor os acompanhamentos, o galeto estava saboroso. O suco de laranja parecia de laranja velha, não estava bom. Chegou super rápido nosso pedido. Valor dentro do esperado.

Atendimento de primeira, todos educados e gentis. Muito organizado e limpo, rampa com acessibilidade para cadeirantes. O galeto é maravilhoso, com um molho de ervas finas, fora de série. E a maionese caseira lembra minha infância. Um restaurante maravilhoso
