This place is great! I’m sure the low reviews were from people expecting above the norm for a buffet restaurant service. If the place is packed it’s good. Yes sometimes it took a little longer to get served but not in our case. Look around if you seelots of large groups 1 or 2 10+ remember the waitress are trying to get their food out all at one time. There is no time limiton getting as much food as you can put down. So, come in and enjoy a large array of quality food and service. Came on a Saturday night and surprisingly I didn’t have to wait for a table. Decorations are beautiful and the service was great. They charge you 15% gratuity automatically (which it says it on the menu) don’t matter the size of the party. Howeverwe had a nice experience. All you can eat is $39 and they bring it to your table (bite size items) and you can’t take anythingto go. So We decided to skip the all you can eat and order a la carte. We order the kfc bao bun, soup dumplings, krispy pork ,fried chicken and tonkatsu ramen. Everything was very delicious and we enjoyed everything we had. We had two waiters attending to our table, and even before we finished our first round, they were already asking for our next order. There's a 15% service fee already included on the check, but we prefer to tip in cash to ensure the staff receives the full amount they deserve for their hard work. After speaking with the manager, they graciously waived the service fee, and we left a generous 25% tip because of the excellent service we received.

I love this concept. I attended their Sunday brunch. All you can eat at flat price, by ordering 2-3 dishes at a time. The servers are super helpful with suggestions and making sure each guest understands how they menu works. My friend and I tried alittle bit of everything. Sharing most dishes to ensure we wouldn’t over order. Reservations are highly suggested, but be sureto arrive on time.
The weekend buffet here is excellent, but it tends to be quite crowded. Be sure to join the waitlist ahead of time to secure a table. The food is served quickly and is of great quality. I plan to return for sure. While I didn’t enjoy every single dish, there are so many options that you're bound to find something you like. They offer more than 30 items for the all-you-can-eat selection.

Amazing experience. Kind staff. Great service. Really loved the umami sushi. Sabrina was a great hostess and was very patient with our toddler as well. My toddler tipped over the Diet Coke. I was super embarrassed but the staff and I think the owner toohelped immediately with the mess and were just very kind.

I went there for Sunday brunch with my wife. We ordered most of the items on the brunch menu and they were all phenomenal. Especially the Hokkaido tartare and nippon montadito!! The staffs are wonderful people. It's a really comfortable place for dinning and price is reasonable as well.
