When we visited, it was a bit quiet, which may have contributed to the excellent service we experienced. The staff was attentive, helpful, and friendly, consistently keeping up with our needs. The food was quite good, especially the garlic naan, which we wished we had ordered more of. The main dishes were also delicious, but they were quite rich. While this isn't necessarily a negative aspect, halfway through our meals, we felt ready to be finished simply due to the richness of the flavors. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. 9/8/23 Last night in Sioux City, Iowa and thought I would try something different, I had never eaten Indian cuisine before. The restaurant is lovely and intimate with kind,courteous staff. After patiently explaining the dishes to me I confidently ordered, the food was FANTASTIC... so full of flavor. I wish I had gone at the beginning of my trip so I could have dined more. I usually get the Rogan Josh and some samosas and they are amazing. I'm glad Sioux City has a place like this. Its truly a great place to go, and if you've never had Indian food, you won't regret trying it. I've done both take out and dine in and its a very good place. Great food at a good price. I didn't go in person, I had food delivered to my hotel through DoorDash. And it was prepared and delivered pretty quickly after placing the order. The food was very flavorful and it is a nice portion. The biryani mix was great, the rice was cooked perfectly and it has a lot of different kinds of meat including lamb, shrimp and chicken. My experience was relatively average. The restaurant offered a variety of food, but the seating arrangement felt too cramped, with guests sitting very close to each other. I would rate the food as a 3, the service as a 3, and the atmosphere as a 2.

Our son introduced us to Shahi, glad he did. My fav is Saag because the flavors are so appealing . It’s green cuz of the spinach but don’t let that fool ya. Always add the naan bread too. A special place to go for any occasion. Reserva una mesa ahora
