I found my hamburger to be overcooked and quite dry, making it difficult to swallow without a drink. When I compared it to my experience at another Shake Shack in Harlem just a few days prior, the food here didn’t measure up. However, after posting my review, I was quickly contacted by the Shake Shack team, who took the time to ask for more details to improve their service. I also received a few follow-up messages that felt genuine and professional. While I haven’t had the chance to try the hamburger again yet, their proactive approach clearly demonstrates that Shake Shack is committed to making improvements. Because of this, I have decided to change my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars.
The burger felt like it was made in heaven. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, and every ingredient was spot on. The bacon was crispy and delicious, while the cheese had the perfect amount of gooeyness. Of course, the beef was legendary. The portion size was just right for when you're feeling hungry. What I especially appreciated was that I left the restaurant feeling satisfied, but not overly stuffed. The only downside was that, while the burger was fantastic as always, it took quite a while for my order to be ready. This time, I chose to dine in during a busy lunch hour, but I had no trouble finding a table. Let’s be honest: this is the best burger in town!

Delicious burgers! The beef patty was crispy and full of flavor, while the mushroom patty was cheesy and crunchy. The fries were perfectly cooked as well. The cashier staff was friendly, and there’s water available at the condiments station if you don’t order a drink. There are plenty of seating options both indoors and outdoors. Overall, the burgers were incredibly tasty, and I can’t wait to have them again!
Shake Shack is an excellent spot for burgers and shakes. Adults can enjoy a glass of wine or beer while the kids choose from burgers, hot dogs, and fries. When I visited last Saturday, the line was quite long. There was only one cashier, who did an impressive job keeping things moving, but having a second cashier would have definitely helped.
The staff was amazing—full of energy and very welcoming. The food was decent, but unfortunately, there were quite a few elderly men lingering in the outdoor seating area, smoking cigarettes and chatting about cars. It made for an unpleasant dining experience, especially since I had my child with me and the smell was quite strong.
Burgers are fantastic. Price is acceptable for the quality. Staff was not as nice as other Shake shaks. No eye contact and acted as if we were bothering them. For the price $40 after tax and tip for 2 people) the service should be polite and friendly. The food was good! If things change next time, I will then revise rating

Delicious food and excellent service! I tried the special Oreo Shake, and it was amazing! The burgers are fantastic. I'm really happy we decided to stop here on our way home over Memorial Day weekend!
