Seems like the workers here seem to have an attitude or don?t really want to help people. I ordered via Grubhub and they told me my food would be ready from 5:40-5:50. I arrived at 6:10 and I asked the guy who?s managing the pick up orders if my orderwas ready. He glanced at the shelf with pick up bags and said no. I told him it was strange that it wasn?t ready if they saidI?d be done by 5:50 and I ordered at 5:23 and he said ? oh na it?s not ready? and didn?t give a follow up. He gave this ? Idon?t care? laugh and proceeded to ask the next person who their name was. I parked my car and went inside again. New person atthe pick up section. The Bottled Water is too tall for the straws they have. The Shack Burger, while well cooked, was only warmish, and the bacon outside of the bun was room temperature and not hot. The back seating area is kind of dark, and it seemed more like a PrisonCafeteria than a Fastfood restaurant. The Shackburger with Bacon tasted good, but I have my doubts about how freshly it wasmade.
Slow. They have a waited over 40 minutes fir our order. Bad system. The grill seems fast since all the orders are sitting on the shelf. But there is one person giving out the orders to customers. They have one person shouting out the names when the order isready who doesnt help out the one who puts the orders together. Bad system!
We stopped in there last night before we got a flight home and we couldn't fault anything the food was very tasty and the burgers by far the best I've had in such a long time staff were really on their game place very clean

The bacon cheeseburger has no seasoning, very bland! Maybe because they forgot the shack sauce. The cheese fries were good but that Pumkin Shake!! It?s the Bomb!! Best shake I ever had!
Consistently good food, but a bit pricey. The pumpkin shake is delicious, I liked the seeds on top! One thing I don?t like is that there?s no way to get water to drink here anymore.
if you don't like the Shroom Burger you have covid Their frozen milkshake is way too thick tho. Barely goes through the straw and its like 800 calories
This location has great food that’s made fairly quickly with lots of seating and nice staff.
