Shake Shack Kirkland

Our first time trying this chain new to our state, and my husband and I were blown away. A Monday early afternoon was well staffed, self-order kiosks that are updated to reflect supply, very clean (including bathrooms) and has a chill modern atmosphere. Vegetarian options and dairy-free shakes as well. We ordered the Shack Stack, ShackBurger with bacon and onions, Hot Chicken sandwich, spicy fries and Oreo funnel cake shake. This restaurant is perfectly situated in a new mall close to the city, parks, sports fields, and various entertainment spots. It's genuinely outstanding, offering an award-winning selection of burgers and snacks. There’s also an outdoor play area with water features and a fountain that entertains both kids and adults. The staff here is exceptional at all levels. We were assisted by Alistair in service, Tran in management, and Son from corporate management during our visit. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

I had a delicious BLT with a side of fries. The cost is a bit high, but the food quality was great. Crispy fries and a nice pile of bacon in the BLT. I did not have a shake, however, because I cannot eat that much in one sitting. Maybe next time I will have a shake and sandwich, skipping the fries. From what I saw, the shakes looked magnificent!!

I came here on my lunch break. The app directed my to go to the pickup window but no one came to help me, after 5 minutes of waiting I went in and ask someone for my order. All the employees were very nice and the food was good, but they should have someone on window duty or at least watching the window for when people come to pick up their order Reserva una mesa ahora

What can I say? It’s Shake Shack! Their burgers are delicious, and I always order the Shack Stack when I visit. The area surrounding the restaurant feels gentrified and upscale—there’s apparently a Google office nearby. They even have a mini water park with free towels available for everyone. Overall, it’s a great spot for Shake Shack!

You can't go wrong with a burger and milkshake here—they're absolutely delicious! The restaurant has an underground parking lot, and you can get your parking validated by the cashiers. If you're paying by credit card, be sure to use the iPads for quick and easy ordering. Parking: Validated.

All three things we ordered had problems. The hot dog bun was moldy, there was a long hair in the burger, and the chicken sandwich was missing peppers. I want to like this place because the online order and window pickup is ezpz, but it’s hard to be excited about hairy/moldy food.

This will be the last time we go here. We had to send our food back the patties were completely black. The flavor was terrible and so expensive. Not worth it at all. There was one worker that was very sweet cleaning the tables and really kind to my son. Reserva una mesa ahora

Was my first time here and I am happily surprised, the place is great, the food is so good and the girls from the staff were so kind, I love the Oreo shake the best one that I tried so far.

Service is slower here than other locations but the food quality is good. The SmokeShack and the Shack Stack are great. Excited for the Alderwood location to open.
