Shake Shack Kop Food Court

For being in King of Prussia, the prices were immaculate. The burgers were all very good but the fries were cold. I would 100% go again but this location had the worst service. The woman who took my order (I don 't want to put her name publicly) was barely speaking at all in a loud, crowded mall so I had to repeat everything several times so that my order was correct. She was also rolling her eyes when I asked for plain burgers. The card reader was not reading my card and the man yelled at me to just insert your card when it repeatedly told me to take it out. This burger is absolutely phenomenal! The fries are incredible, and the shake is superb. It’s no longer just my favorite; my whole family loves it now too! Even my picky spouse and daughter really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, there aren’t any Shake Shacks in New Jersey, so I’ll have to wait or take a couple-hour drive to enjoy it again. I used to really like Smashburger, but now Shake Shack is my top choice. It definitely lives up to the hype!

This highlights a frustrating issue in today’s world. People were inside the restaurant, walking around and simply observing potential customers while they took their time to open—at least 30 minutes late. There's a big sign on the wall welcoming guests at 11 am! (By the way, it might be a good idea to inform the staff about the change in operating hours). The photo was taken at 11:18 am.

Everything was fantastic! Although the food took a bit of time to arrive, I didn't mind at all because it tasted incredible. It was my first experience dining at Shake Shack, and I would definitely return! The service was just what you'd expect from a fast-food place. The portion sizes were quite small considering the price. While the burger was decent, it didn't quite measure up to the fantastic fries. The fries were excellent, but the burger was only average. I've learned to look for other options on my future trips to King of Prussia.

This is the 2nd time at this Shake Shack and the same issue both times. Fires were cold and we were unable to hear anyone calling order names. It was to crowded to stand to close. The shakes of course were on point and amazing. The food is always Meh which I'm bummed about. But would still go for the shakes.

The gentleman that gave me my food was very nice but the lady at the register was pretty rude and reached across the counter to add a tip when I was paying with my card. Not a huge deal but thought it was impolite.

The service was surprisingly quick, even with how busy the restaurant was. The food was tasty; the chicken wasn't greasy or too heavily breaded, and the milkshake was excellent. I would definitely return! Reserva una mesa ahora

The buns are fantastic, and the meat is fresh and cooked to perfection! The atmosphere is wonderful, and having a Yuengling really enhances the overall experience!

Good burgers I suppose but pretty thin for the price. Fries were typical Oreida style french cut fries. Not worth the hype and expense but not bad either.
