Do NOT tip these people in advance. Text alert the food is ready, it’s clearly in the window, but half a dozen employees would rather stand around on their phones than deliver the food to the tables. Go to the counter and ask about it, and the food sitting there for the past 10 minutes sitting in the window was ours. Ask for a manager and they ignore you and talk about you amongst each other instead. $50 after tip for just two burger combos and this is how they treat customers.
I don 't like fast food and don 't go, but after a day of shopping in Vegas we found Shake Shack. An original and very good fast food with choices for veggies. We liked it. The single burgers are small...it 's better a double they are correct sizes like in France.
It was closing time when we finish the dinner there today. The litter one who is 3 suddenly wanted to pee just after we stepped out of the door. Then we tried to get in to use the washroom. The waitress refused us with an unpleasant face. It is so ridiculous.
Very good burgers and very fast. I can only recommend it, I will definitely come back. Ordering and payment takes place via terminal. Only the age check for alcohol has to be carried out manually by an employee. Reserva una mesa ahora
The one we went to in New Orleans provided better customer service... there was a whole vibe. This one was okay. And a bit pricey for two fries and two burgers only... $44.16.
Terrible service. Staff treated us like we were the biggest bother for asking for spoons for our shakes. Food is always tasty, but the service was LOUSY!!!!!!! Do better!

"Service was great, cleanliness was bad the floors were very greasy. The bathrooms where not clean. But the food was good. Open later than most other Korean BBQ and had sushi so that's a plus. The cost was a little pricey but, reasonable considering the amount of appetizers."
