Food is good, portions are small and prices are horribly expensive. Got 3 burgers, (1 was plain) a shake, 1 fries and a mushroom Burger and the price was $43. That's ridiculous!!! Should have been like $30 considering also how small the burgers are. I felt ripped off. There was also a pride flag by the food pick up and signs about showing your pride by getting rainbow sprinkles. I have nothing against anyone else but I believe that businesses should just sell food not get involved in pandering to people.The teen guy working there was really great. Friendly, efficient and fast. Seemed happy to be there working.I'd give this place 4 stars if it wasn't so expensive for so little food.
My kids love this place more than I do. I think the hype is bigger than the burger. They encourage the kiosk which I am not a fan of, so that seemed to take longer than just telling a human with a better understanding of what’s on the menu. Had the smoke house burger. Wasn’t impressed by the patty, or the bacon. There was however an impressive amount of red peppers on this plate. The bun was buttery and soft but everything else tasted meh. Kids had lemonade. So for two drinks 4 burgers and 3 French fries it was 60 dollars. Greedflation pandemic eta thinking has given corporations license to steal with these prices. I would go to another burger joint if I had the chance.
Shake Shack Parsippany is a terrific Shake Shack, feels very new, modern with glass all around. Some bike racks outside, ample parking, and if I remember correctly I think there was a TV or two.Food was absolutely on point, loved the charged drinks selection and the fries, THE FRIES.Also report that the vegan/ Veg burger was AMAZING!!So much good here, you must try, splurge, whatever it takes to try Shake Shack Parsippany.Vegetarian options: Nice veg burger!
First of all...Shake Shack is a favorite burger. For some reason, this location trips up sometimes. Talked my wife into trying it a while ago..and our food came out very greasy. Not typicall for SS. She will never go back. Today I tried again and waited a lil while(no lines,not v.busy). My burger came out cold? Too bad, really liked their burgers. Back to Five Guys!

I love Shake Shack and go for it so often in NYC. Have used this Parsippany location many times as I live close by. The food is great but May I know why the restrooms are so dirty ALWAYS? Today was the 5th time I used restroom at this location and it was a mess…
The food is good but it was confusing the flow in the restaurant. I couldn't order a beverage and didn't understand how to fix it. Bit disappointing regarding the staff. But still an amazing place to go to grab a burger in the area.
The shakes are really good, as are the burgers and the chicken burger. The fries could be crisper.The staff is always smiling and helpful.Parking: This is an outdoor mall with plenty of parking.
1st time at shake shack, place was clean, service was great. Food was excellent. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
