Shakey's Pizza Parlor

The food was dried out, the salad looked old and not fresh. Stephanie the cashier at the register wasn't polite or very knowledgeable about the lunch specials and menu. The cook wants to charge extra money for white meat. Little did I know that was the manager. If I was told at the beginning of my order I would have paid the extra money or left the restaurant. Since when shakey's didn't serve wings and breast on the line. So I order wings and breast and the line worker didn't let the cook know about it while I'm at the table just waiting for it, we had to go back up to him and ask again for it. All I can say good about this shakey's is that David was nice to me and tried to make right for us...

I have always had a place in my heart for Shakey's, Mojo Potatoes, Fried Chicken and Pizza Galore. Yes they do offer a wide selection of Salads but when it's LUNCHTIME, it's SHAKEY's BUNCH O LUNCHTIME!! Went there with several friends from work. This place is very clean and the employees are friendly. I will continue to give them my Business a great place for the value $12.99 per person. Remember That is ALL U CAN EAT ALSO!!! So if you have a very large appetite, come here they can satisfy your hunger.

My first time here, I give it star only because the chicken was good I recommend the papa's moyo were dry they were potatoe chips. The service is quite slow, perhaps they are under staff. The pizza is pretty pricey. The arcade area is a mess no supervision no staff making sure the un supervised kids respect rules and keep them from jumping on the games. I know it's the parents fault but there needs to be some one holding order, I had to be protecting my kid so he wouldn't

This place is awesome. The inside is industrial, you can get a Large Pizza Large Mojos for under $29.99. Pizza is good, though I wish I didn?t have to wait 10 minutes for my order to be taken even though there was no line. Besides that It?s very clean and the game room is different from other Shakey?s game rooms I?ve been to. No tokens or tickets. You have to buy reloadable cards which start at $10.00. We arrived ordering went well. They were out hard seltzer drinks. The wine individual bottles were on counter warm. We got semi chilled glass to pour it into-was beer style glass-not wine glass. Most of the tables in dining room were dirty! When employees brought our order to table he passed our table to answer question of table next to us and dropped our pizza! He left us with chicken mojos and apologized. I ordered a ice cream sundae and received a brownie sundae.

The chicken was great very juicy and crispy 5/5 . The pizza on the other hand had great flavor but a few of the slices had no toppings at all not even cheese, it was just slices with tomato sauce on them. If I would've just ordered that one pizza my review would be a 2/5 but the really good chicken and Mojo's bumped up my review. I'll give the pizza another shot next time I go , hopefully it actually has toppings that I paid for next time.

For our first time, we booked a birthday party here at Shakeys. Food was great, and service was excellent. The manager and our waiter made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire event. We definitely recommend for any gathering!
