First let me say if I could give no stars I would!! Me and my family party of 5 decided to stop in for dinner for my husbands birthday. We were seated and waited over 20 minutes without any acknowledgement from a waiter or staff member . Everyone continued to walk back forth past our table without even asking if we wanted anything to drink to start . We then asked for a manager . I was told his name is “Boo “ fine . I haven't been in this place since it first opened up, so I decided to give it another try when the Harrison location closed. Fresh off a flight we headed to shaken crab to have some great seafood that we've been missing. So when we get there, there's only one group seated and us at the the bar. Business looked kinda slow, so we order looking for the same taste from Harrison we were so disappointed when the food came out so bland and with no taste, we informed them about this they said they'll make it again and did and it was better then the first time. The food was scrumptious and the ice tea very tasty. I was surprised that the waitress seemed annoyed and rushed. There were a handful of people in the restaurant but our waitress was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. We had to ask for the utensils to crack the crab and ask for wipes at the end. I wanted to give her tip since the service was not that well but my guest insisted on the I had told them when making the reservations that it was for a birthday celebration but no acknowledgement of the occasion
Worst boil I have had so far I asked for no crawfish and in bag I had a bunch of crawfish legs and claws glad I'm not allergic I could have died but the drinks were good. Garlic overload they forgot to put my potatoes and corn in the bag and brung me some cold potatoes and corn in separate container very sad . The wait staff was nice. The wait staff and drinks is the reason they got 2 stars instead of 1. For a $120 it should have been better.

I went to this restaurant thinking it would be better than Joe's Crab Shack. It was NOT. The hostess rolled her eyes and seemed like she did not want to be there. There's not enough food for those ridiculous prices. The best part of the whole experience was Nancy, our waitress
Shaking crab food was awful! I had diarrhea for three days! The staff was very polite and accommodating I asked her to bring some pepper and seasoning to try give the food some flavor and she got it for me, atmosphere was good just food was terrible.
One of the best sea food experience I ever had, great experience, very nice taste, the prices are reasonable and the staff are very friendly, a must to visit place if you are here
Food is great. But most of the time they don’t get the order right. I order “shaking hot” and they forget to add the spice. Happened to me twice at least.

Drinks were fire the ambiance was live Food was a bit cold though and shrimps could’ve been cleaned way better.
