My partner and I staged a surprise wedding at Shambles on the 12th August 2017. We cannot provide anything but positive feedback from everyone we worked with at Shambles to make this night happen. They made sure everything ran so smoothly, changed the menu for us slightly and provided the most professional service the whole night. Was the perfect location for our wedding and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
if they love beer and delicious tasty tasty shambles has covered you. my favorites are definitely the ipa and their summer ages. they keep doing something new and eating is the beez kniez. the loaded fries and burgers are enormous and always good. most of the weekends make them also a new, special dish and they always sell out. too good!
Stumbled upon this place with my partner while wandering down the road for dinner during a recent holiday in Hobart. Great setting, beer range was awesome, wine was yum and had a couple of burgers that were delicious! The bathrooms were cool and the space out the back looked like a fun venue for events. Loved it!
I visited Shambles while in town from California, seeking out some local beers. I was extremely impressed with the beer selection and the exceptional service provided by the owners and staff. had such a great time in shambles! we tried a few of their tasting paddles, squirting the mush and enjoyed a few pints with popcorn chicken snacks on the side. such a great location with modern decor, friendly atmosphere and great service. highly recommended!
a brilliant selection of be on tap paired with large service. then after the beer there is a great selection of distilled spirits. combined with great foods, they do not find better in hobart. the black ipa was a way out!
Amazing people brewing beer the way it should be, with science and passion. Beer was the best I've tasted in Tasmanian and every single one was quality. Not a bad beer in the bunch. Can't recommend highly enough
