The food was fantastic and the service was top-notch. The calamari was incredible, and all the entrees were delicious. It's always a great time with family and friends! The owners, bartenders, and waitstaff are consistently friendly and helpful. Without a doubt, this is the best Irish pub in Rochester, NY. It's also a perfect spot for sporting events like the Bills and Notre Dame games. I absolutely love Shamrock Jack's Irish Pub!
I've been here twice. On my first visit, the waitress was a passive aggressive unpleasant woman.My second visit, a different waitress was most pleasant and happy to help. I still observed my first-visit waitress however, and she was still passive aggressive and unpleasant.
My family (wife, 2 kids) have even here many times both in person and takeout. Every visit and every order has been delicious. Burgers and wings are my favorites. The Irish and dublin burger are fantastic spins on burgers, including one with corned beef. Just so tasty.

This was the first place my wife and I visited as soon as we got into Rochester. Service was on point. Food was terrific!! Huge portions. Guinness was served exactly how I like it. Definitely will be stopping again next time we are in town.
