5/5 stars all across the board. The staff greeted me warmly, let me take my time with the menu and made wonderful suggestions. Once ordered, you can watch as they hand pull your noodles. The flavors are spicy but balanced. I tried the spicy beef, cumin lamb, the ma po tofu soup dumplings. Each dish was authentic, busting with flavor and worth every penny. The prices are more than fair and you get a lot of food per dish. Although I’d like to just order the same thing every time, I can’t wait to explore more of this menu! I highly recommend.

I hesitate to write about ShanShan because I want to keep it as one of my favorite spots without it getting too crowded. We've been regulars for nearly three years and are still totally in love with this place. The food is exceptional and incredibly tasty. The staff always remembers us, and the family that runs the restaurant is incredibly friendly. It's truly a hidden gem, and we can't wait to try everything on the menu!

The hand-pulled noodles here are absolutely delicious and of top quality! I ordered the noodles with pork and some soup dumplings. The dumplings were fantastic, and the noodles were cooked to perfection. I'm definitely looking forward to trying the soup next time. The atmosphere is friendly, with a great vibe and attentive staff.
