Shanty Shack - Reservar una mesa

I'd been wanting to come to Shanty Shack for a couple years now and am happy to say it lived up to the expectations! I came for a quick beer on a weekday afternoon and sat outside on the shaded patio. With such a wide variety of beer options I couldn't pick just one and went with a taster of two. Had I had more time I would've loved to stick around and build a larger flight but now I have a reason to go back! BYO flight tasters are available for $5 a piece and were a pretty good size. I went with the Razzmanian devil rainbow sherbet sours, enjoyed both but the rainbow sherbet was my favorite of the two. Excited to try their hazy and porter next time. Free wifi and plenty of outdoor picnic table seating was available as well as some indoor seating at high tops. Parking seems limited and you do have to get a parking permit if you're parked on the opposite side of the street of the building, but they have them right there at the bar!

Good beer makes it the best place to kill time while waiting for your tires to be replaced at Costco down the street. I sat inside the day I was there to avoid the loud music and fashion show going on outside on the patio. There was a food truck available but I didn't try it as it was mid-afternoon. Beer pictured is Seeing Stars oatmeal stout. 7% abv. $8 for a pint.

This was a fortuitous find after a great hike in Henry Cowell State Redwood Park (only 15 minute drive from the park), ambiance is super chill, service is FANTASTIC, and they have rotating music/food trucks. BTW Amber is the absolute best and most hospitable bartender!

Had to check this place out after reading reviews about dog friendliness! Love their atmosbeeric double IPA!

This place has a Chill vibe good beer! And the beer tender know his stuff. Definitely be back
