Shapla - Reserva de mesa

I waited for an hour and a half for my food, even though I called after one hour. The restaurant lost my order and I finally received it 30 minutes later. When it arrived, it was very hot but lacked any flavor except for tomato. I ordered the biryani and rogan josh, but both dishes were bland with no spice at all. Overall, I was very disappointed with the lack of flavor, as tomato seemed to be the only predominant taste. It seems like they forgot to add the spice.

I had a negative experience with the staff when I called the restaurant. I called twice because they forgot to include the mango chutney in my order. The first time, they hung up on me. The second time, they seemed to mistake me for a scam caller and didn't let me explain before hanging up on me again. I tried to explain that I was a customer and could provide proof, but they didn't give me a chance. It's unfortunate because the food was excellent.

Ordered from here first time tonight and the food was just sooo soo delicious. Great quality food! We love Indian food and very particular but this food was amazing! Staff are extremely friendly and would highly recommend this restaurant! Thank you so much Shapla!

This is the best indian place in Gravesend. Im from Zimbabwe and i visited the place for an indian specail trat and wow the guys are amazing and awesome. Perfect place to be. Welldone guys. Reserva una mesa ahora

I will never complain about the food. not even in the next life . But a note to self. Never try to be the first customer of the day. Your better off ordering much later.

We were missing our naans when the food arrived but quick call to the restaurant and they delivered them within 15 mins. Food was lovely will def order again

Item missing. Had to pay extra to send someone back out. Some items cold Lack of care from owners. Acidic curry’s Very disappointing. Cheaper to eat out.
