The restaurant experience was disappointing, similar to being let down by a drunk parent. Our hopes were high, but we received underwhelming service and lukewarm food. The flavors were average, but lacked the genuine comfort of a well-prepared meal. My wife had to send her steak back because it was cooked medium rare instead of well done, as she had requested. We chose not to complain further, as the main purpose of a restaurant is to serve food at the correct temperature, and we did not want to be seen as difficult customers. Placed an order for curbside pick up and was told everything was in the bag other then tomatoes since they are out. After I got home I saw they forgot the salad and for the trio didn’t give me the guacamole or salsa. Called and they are out of guacamole and can’t give more cheese sauce cause they are out, the big container was less then a quarter. The burger was supposed to have special sauce but had mayo instead. They are a couple of blocks from our house and we never go there.
The waitstaff at this restaurant goes above and beyond to ensure customers' orders are handled with care. The kitchen chefs are skilled at preparing delicious meals in a contemporary and professional manner. Since new management took over, the quality of this place has improved significantly. Joci, in particular, deserves recognition for her outstanding work, even without much support from corporate. She continues to create amazing dishes for customers to enjoy.
I had ordered from Door Dash and I feel like they dont even care about their customers . I ordered Country Fried Breakfast did not even get my toast. I got half of a steak. egg was way over cooked. I also got biscuits and gravy and the biscuits where stale. I will prolly not go back to this location anymore. I hope someone read this and take this in to account and gets things on the right track.
The staff were friendly, but the food was not prepared as requested. The first dish arrived with a hair in it. The bill was promptly taken, but the second dish arrived so overcooked that it was inedible. We will not be returning. Upon returning home, one of us experienced a bout of illness. Not recommended. We will never dine here again.
