a few days ago with my friends flew to shark tail fish and chippery. a great place to eat with friends and bring it to the park. haie tail fish and chippery is cost friendly and very fillable. the chips were very tasteful, the potato cakes had a very nice tie where you can really take the disc of the kartoffel what I like. However, the fishflake was a bit soggy, but that was just because I had it 30 minutes after buying my food. overall a great place to take their friends and it's pretty good for the proportions.
Overall was bad. Dim sims were rubbery, potato cakes were awful and the burger with the lot had those cheap short-cut bacon and those horrible 10 for $8 processed burger patties from coles. The flake was just alright as well as the chips but definitely wouldn't go there again. It's obvious the cooks don't have a passion for food.
Lizzie enjoyed: The deep-fried fish was quite good; it was fluffy, and the batter was nice. They also served a generous portion of chips.
Lizzie did not enjoy: However, the grilled fish on the other hand was very dry and bland. Even after squeezing some lemon on it and pairing it with tartar sauce, it didn’t improve much.
hot fresh fish chips. the snitzel burger was the bomb!! and the batter mussels yummm. my partner loves the steamed dim sims. i not long moved back here from nz and this is by far the best fish chip shop we have been to out of 10 others. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–60

Changed hands last few months. Not the same as it used to be. Old owners had different understanding of value for money, extra potato cake when they were small or not think enough, special flake was special...now a little underwhelming. Let's hope they pick up their game a bit
Great take away, cheap and quick and great service. Maybe a little over cooked but it was lunchtime and they were very busy. This is the best fish shop In the area. Easy parking, good for lunch on the go. Will go back again for sure. Gluten free also available.
Staff are really friendly, and the wait time isn't long as I have had to wait up to 20 minutes in other fish and chip shops. Great variety, my family always orders from shark tails and we have never been disappointed. Would definitely recommend.
Ever so average and I was a bit disappointed with the souvlaki that I ordered since I saw him go back into the freezer and get a frozen piece of meat. Would of had been better if it were fresh.
