I booked a table for one for Sunday lunch but was shown to a table in the centre of a very stark cafe and handed two menus. I asked for a seat on the edge and was moved. The starter of whitebait was lovely, although a slice of lemon would have been nice. The roast pork arrived very quickly afterwards and had obviously been pre plated and kept almost warm on a lamp. The flavours were good but it was almost cold. The house white wine was very watery. Service was slow and when I asked for the wifi code I was told that it was only for their tills and ipads. Not recommended for a sole diner.
This was just the best food. We’re a family of five adults, had a wonderful weekend break and topped it off with an evening at the Sharksfin. From start to finish, we enjoyed it all. The food was delicious, we only had mains, eating out isn’t cheap…but this was worth every penny. We all raved about our meals, the prawn linguine, the spicy lentil burger, the fish and chips. The battered fish was perfection. There was a vegan menu for my daughter, the staff were so friendly and helpful and we will definitely come back. 10 out of 10!
Food came very quickly , with the drinks , so couldn’t have been cooked fresh. Food was ok . We didn’t get a coffee or desert as they seemed to have forgotten about us. No issue with getting the bill. OK if you like a twist on fast food, families seemed to like it.
We had our evening meal here, exactly one year since our previous meal here. We were all very happy with our meals tonight. Very charming restaurant, staff are super friendly and nice. A nice night out, would recommend this place for eating out.

Lovely location, really tasty food and very friendly, attentive service. I had the duck special which was a little pricey but really enjoyed it and very tasty. Loved the Atmosphere here and will return when we are next here in holiday
Lovely restaurant, staff very welcoming food was amazing, we ate here 3times each time was spot on.. well done to all your friendly staff doing an amazing job. Highly recommended nothing to much trouble.
Excellent food service was relaxed and issues resolved quickly. Well worth recommending and a hidden gem thank you for such good food. Restaurant was cosy and accommodating.
Excellent fresh food that was enjoyed by all the family. Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxed also. All in all a great experience.
