Sharky's Woodfired Mexican Grill

I am a Fin Addict, so I love Sharky 's food. I happened to notice that this location was in a Plaza I needed to visit, on March 4, 2022, to take care of some business. I was happy because I could take care of my business and then get the food I love. Unfortunately, I was left wishing I had never gone to this location. I went inside to pick-up my order, because I placed my order over the phone. There was a short line, so I waited. When I finally made it to the counter, the person did not greet me at all. Hi Owner, I love sharky's, but it's entirely related to all food and personnel problems that your chefs and employees exhibit. Not too long ago when the mask was needed, I saw how the cook used his hand to adjust his mask and make my food without washing his hands. When I said something, he has an attitude as if I were wrong. Also, several times I have eaten the chicken and burritos and it smelled mold ie not fresh....sanitation, food quality and customer service are your top things that always have to be number one. I know how the owner can't see you all, but your manager should be more responsible and actually managing the staff. If you need a new manager, call me... You will never have a...

I have been a loyal customer of Sharkeys for years, frequenting both the Toluca Lake and Studio City locations. The food has always been excellent and the customer service top-notch. However, my recent experience at this particular location was disappointing. The staff were rude and lacked any concern for customer service. Despite spending my hard-earned money there, I did not receive the level of hospitality I have come to expect from Sharkeys.

My wife and I ordered the Mexican pizza and some tacos. Upon opening the box containing the Mexican pizza, two flies emerged. Additionally, when I opened the plastic bag, more flies flew out. SHARKEYS Grill is what happens when you take the concept of the organic, cage-free, free-range, wild-caught, non-GMO and turned them into full-blown meals. All just hype? Perhaps. But what's NOT hype, is that SHARKEYS serves the best tasting fast food meals in Los Angeles. Hands-down ?????

I saw the cook take a towel from the floor and wipe the counter where the food is prepared. Extremely disgusting. Also some of the employees lay down while on break. This location makes me feel like I'm in south central. Not even Woodland hills. Management needs to address this asap.

I like the experience eating here especially their vegan tacos, I recommend trying mushroom and cauliflower tacos if you?re into vegan foods
