I usually order my coffee bags online and haven’t visited the café in person, but I must say their online customer service is outstanding. When my order was indefinitely stuck at the border, I requested a refund, and Francois, who handled it, was incredibly kind and helpful. I will definitely continue ordering from their online shop. Service: 5 stars.
