Shaun Dickens at the Boathouse

Inside is dark and a little dated. Outside has a magnificent view of the river. The service was not very well glued with the staff a bit! We were a party of 6 with a toddler and had a table when 5. The staff was a little unpleasant to tell us that we booked for 5 and now need 6 chairs! Would have offered us a high chair without the foot! We have expressed our desire to sit outside as you cannot book a table there to say very rudely that there are no tables! The total food was moderate, but the service was not great, so will not be visited again.. many places around the river to explore

Nice place, about price for what was delivered. This is a constructive observation. Try hard for the venue, you will be surprised by the attraction of simple but beautiful. The menu is based on the chefs like, simple example far too much dill in Mac. If I or the other 5 return, venue and location YES at the time with the current food, it would be a no. I'm sorry to be honest, I'd have to be incentivized to return. Best regards Steve

One of my favorite places. The environment is perfect and the food is absolutely delicious. Staff very friendly and efficient. Really nice place.
