Today, I walked into the store and was immediately impressed by how clean and fresh it smelled. As I headed to the restroom, I thought, "Crystal must be working today!" And sure enough, there she was, tidying everything up! I took a moment to thank her in person for her excellent work and confirmed that she is indeed the only Crystal on staff.
Crystal is the employee who always greets us with a smile and wishes us a great day as we leave. She maintains a cheerful demeanor and is more than happy to answer any questions we have. While she focuses on the checkout area, she also keeps an eye on the shelves to ensure everything looks presentable.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE: I had the most unpleasant experience with Madeline, the manager. She was the rudest person I have ever encountered in a business setting. Early in the morning, just before leaving for a vacation, I realized I didn’t have a phone charger. I bought one from her at the register and opted to have the receipt sent to my email. Just three minutes later, I returned to the store to say that I had accidentally picked the wrong charger. Madeline flatly refused to let me exchange it, citing a small tear in the top of the box. Extremely disappointing customer service at Sheetz. I ordered a Chef Salad from their menu, but the meat was missing. When I went inside to inform the cashier, I was immediately told I was mistaken and was rudely confronted by the staff member preparing the food. She yelled across the counter for everyone to hear, which was completely unprofessional. The app’s menu needs a review to clarify whether the Chef Salad includes meat, or staff should be retrained on the salad options. Additionally, the pricing is confusing since the no-meat option is cheaper than the Chef Salad on the menu and app. (Madison Heights Sheetz)
Sheetz is usually pretty good but tonight they decided to serve me prison food. That’s supposed to be boneless Buffalo wings. It’s mini sponges covered in a sauce made of ketchup mixed with hot sauce. I took 2 bites and threw it in the garbage. No pic of the nasty tacos I got because despite being rehydrated cardboard on shells that were half soggy, half as hard as glass, they tasted alright. I pretty much wasted $12

This has to be the best Sheetz I've ever visited! The team here is doing an amazing job—fast, accurate, and friendly service. It's a delight to relax and watch such happy people prepare your food and engage with you. The manager is clearly on the ball. Keep up the fantastic work!
I went to Sheetz and ordered my usual ham sub. When I got home and was about to eat it, I found a fly inside. I've never had a bad experience at Sheetz before, but this has completely lost my business. It ruined my appetite.
Similar to other Sheetz locations, this store is tidy and well-kept. They provide a good selection of choices at fair prices, and the staff is quite friendly. I would definitely recommend it!
Awesome top notch service with a smile from Chelsea. She was the only employee enthusiastic about helping the customers. Definitely a great candidate for management.

The food at Sheetz was fairly average and uninspiring, but the restaurant itself was fairly clean.
They always serve the best hot dogs, and the restrooms are impeccably clean.
