I have seen a line outside every morning so I decided I need to try it for myself. My girlfriend and I both had bagels. I had a blueberry, she had a french toast both with strawberry cream cheese.I don't know what the hype is about.The bagel texture was excellent, but the lack of flavor was very disappointing. When I say lack of flavor I mean the bagels had zero flavor, aside from the onion that had somehow tainted the french toast bagel. The cream cheese was lack luster, and there wasn't very much of it. I could taste the strawberry every so slightly which made swallowing the food possible without thinking about that I was eating soft and tender cardboard.I will not be returning to Shef's u...

Fast, friendly, and a great place! I had a bacon, egg, and cheese on a toasted onion bagel and everything was hot and delicious. Nothing beats a fresh toasted bagel. The restaurant wasn't too busy when I arrived after the breakfast rush, so I'll definitely be back. There is plenty of indoor seating if you choose to dine in, and they are very organized with to-go orders. Walk-in orders are also very easily handled, just like mine was.

First time coming here today and picked it based on other reviews. The staff was super friendly and even knew most of the regulars by name. I got a BEC on everything, which was delicious. I love that the bacon is crumbled. Also got a cinnamon raisin with cream cheese; they don’t skimp on the cream cheese, that’s for sure!Super friendly staff and delicious bagels. I enjoyed the family feel they exude. Will definitely come back again!

These are the best bagels I have ever had. They are freshly made with a sturdy texture and real fruit in my favorite blueberry cranberry bagels! Every time I leave Texas, I have to make a stop to get some bagels, and they must be from Sheffs. The dedication of the baker really shines through in the quality of these bagels. Thank you!

The bagels and bagel sandwiches at this restaurant are fantastic, arguably the best in the city. However, they frequently run out of bagels and have inconsistent opening hours, making it unreliable to depend on them when you visit.

Came for a bagel and sadly they were out. But I got a nice turkey wrap. Just wasn't what I was in the mood for.
