Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters

Ordered on the App. Never received an order ready notice. Last time I had to wait 25 minutes past the estimate and was specifically told to wait for a text next time. Counter people told me that when it's busy they just don't bother sending notifications, so which is it? I was the only customer there, no wonder. And on top of that the breakfast burritos are laughably small, literally 3 inches. The coffee and food are good but the experience is bad. So many better options in Northamtpon

Frustrated with lack of barista knowledge post pandemic. I get it, it’s hard to find help these days. But ever since the pandemic and new hires the last 5-6 times I ordered(multiple locations) a simple americano has always tasted different(burnt). I only write this review in hopes that this can be fixed at some point as it’s my fav coffee shop in the area

Now that I have any available coffee flavor, I can confirm that they are all amazing! They are special drinks are also great. also good to get whole bean or ground coffee as gifts.

The cold brew is amazing, maybe the best I've had. Friendly quick service. We will definitely drop by again when we are in town

excellent chai latte’s, but they must be hot and sometimes they are not.
